This complete remodel consisted of a total tear out of the interior, removing 1.5 feet of dirt in the basement to make the ceiling height 7.5 feet. New foundation stem wall to support existing foundation. New engineered framing to support existing roof. Asbestos abatement on interior walls, new drywall, floors, trim, new egress windows, new gas fireplace, new stairs to access the basement from inside the home.
